MISSION STATEMENT
Pulaski County Property Owners Coalition and its members are dedicated to the wise-use of our resources and protection of the Maumelle watershed, including water quality, resources, and property rights.
The PCPOC is a grassroots, Arkansas-based organization dedicated to the right to own and use private property as guaranteed in the United States and State Constitution.
According to the Arkansas State Constitution, Section 2 Article 22;
“The right of property is before and higher than any constitutional sanction and private property shall not be taken, appropriated or damaged for public use, without just compensation therefor.”
Who We Are:
The PCPOC is an alliance of concerned property owners and brought together by the overwhelming concern regarding the use of highly restrictive zoning regulations and land use plans which infringe upon and encumber the property and rights of property owners without just compensation.
This website was developed to serve as an information center for Arkansas citizens and organizations that share our interest in property rights issues. On this site you will find links to other sites and documents which may be of interest to you. You will also find contact information for the officers/members of the PCPOC.
